1. miesto - autor fotografie Alena Ambrózová

Milujem atmosféru na tomto zábere a taktiež odhodlanie v tomto pre niekoho "nehostinnom prostredí". Pocit z osamelosti je tu zjavný, zároveň je tu ale stále nádej, že táto cesta povedie do bezpečia tak, ako to naznačuje niekoľko ďalších stôp po bicykloch.

I love the atmosphere here and the determination in what would be for some a ‘hostile environment’. The sense of loneliness is apparent to, yet there is ‘hope’ that this journey will provide safe passage as indicated by the other few bicycle tracks.

2. miesto - autor fotografie Suhaj Suhajko

Je zrejmé, že osoba, ktorá nafotila tento záber sa nachádza v ďalšom lietadle a fotografuje smerom dole - a to stojí za zmienku. Ale najmä tu ide o obtiažnosť expozície, dostatočná rýchlosť uzávierky, aby sme "zmrazili" akciu a schopnosť udržať fotoaparát pevne, aby bola ostrosť priezračná, zatiaľ čo sa pohybujete v rýchlo letiacom lietadle - to chce už naozaj určité skúsenosti. Kompozične to je veľmi pôsobivý záber, s lietadlom v jednom uhle a s dráhou pod ním v druhom. Dve oproti sebe idúce diagonálne línie vytvárajú úžasné napätie a rovnováhu.

Obviously the person who took this shot is in another plane shooting down to the plane below and that is worthy of mention. But most of all is the difficulty of exposure here; a fast enough speed to freeze action and the ability to hold the camera still to get crystal clear sharpness while moving at a fast rate of speed in the other plane takes some serious skill.  Compositionally this is a very striking image with the pane at one angle and the runway below at another. The two opposing diagonals create some wonderful tension and balance!

3. miesto - autor fotografie Roman Drahoš

Farby sú tu úžasné a taktiež pohyb, ktorý je tu naznačený. Ale, je tu jedna vec, ktorá snáď mohla urobiť tento záber absolútnym víťazom... Napadá vás, čo by to mohlo byť? Je zrejmé, že vlak práve opúšťa stanicu a taktiež je zjavné, že si na tento záber použil statív, taaaaaaakže ... prečo si nezvážil nastaviť na fotoaparáte samospúšť, nestlačil spúšť pár sekúnd pred tým, ako vlak opustil stanicu, čo by ti umožnilo dostať samého seba do záberu, bol by si otočený chrbtom k fotoaparátu, so zdvihnutými rukami, pomaly mávajúc, naznačujúc, že si nahnevaný, že ti vlak ušiel a ty si nestihol nastúpiť. Možno by si sa mohol vrátiť na toto isté miesto a skúsiť to znova?

The colors here are wonderful as is the motion that is indicated here. But there is one thing that COULD have made this image perhaps the first place winner. Any idea what that might be? It is obvious that the train has left the station and it is further obvious that you used a tripod for this shot, sooooooooooooo….why didn’t you consider setting the camera on self-timer and tripping the shutter a few seconds before the train starts to pull away, thus allowing you to go into the shot, with your back to the camera, with arms raised, and waving slowly, as if to imply that you are upset that the train is leaving and you missed getting on. Perhaps you can return to this place and try again?
