Wow, ako ten čas letí!

Je ťažké uveriť, že je za nami ďalší rok. Myslím si, že sme my všetci tu v oline fotografickej Škole Bryana Petersona "obeťami" starého príslovia "Čas uteká rýchlo, keď sa zabávaš." A ako fotograf, aj ty si "obeťou" toho istého príslovia... a buď rád, že tomu tak je! Podľa novín Wall Street Journal sú totiž tí z nás, ktorí majú nejaké hobby, mentálne aj fyzicky oveľa zdravší ako tí, čo žiadne hobby nemajú. Bez ohľadu na to, aké máme skúsenosti a úroveň fotografovania, cítime sa dobre, keď môžeme zdvihnúť fotoaparát na úroveň nášho oka a nafotografovať krásu, tragédie, prekvapenia, radosť a momenty, ktoré tvoria náš denný život. Niekedy sa nám podarí zaznamenať rozhodujúci výkričník a inokedy zase plno otáznikov. Ale v každom prípade sme súčasťou písania nášho príbehu, pretože si uvedomujeme, že je to vzácny, hodnotný, dôležitý, významný a prchavý moment. A vďaka tomu, že stláčame spúšť, uchovávame si tie momenty navždy. 

Nemôžem vám ani dostatočne poďakovať za vašu neustálu podporu PPSOP pre Českú a Slovenskú republiku! Ste perfektní a ak je niečo, na čo sa pravidelne vždy každý mesiac teším, tak sú to vaše fotografie v našej pravidelnej mesačnej fotosúťaži. Ste proste fakt DOBRÍ!

Wow! Where does the time go? It is hard to believe that another year has passed by. I guess we here at BPSOP are a ‘victim’ of that old saying “Time flies when you are having fun!” As a fellow photographer you too are a ‘victim’ of that old saying and be glad that you are! According to the Wall Street Journal Newspaper, those of us with a hobby experience far greater physical and mental health than people who do not have any hobbies. Regardless of our skill level, we feel compelled to raise that camera to our eye and capture the beauty, the tragedy, the surprises, the joy and the expected moments that make up our daily lives. Sometimes we do capture the ultimate exclamation point, while at other times we come away with a question mark. But in either case we are involved in the act of writing our story because we recognize that it is a precious, valuable, important, meaningful and fleeting moment. And thanks to the pressing of the shutter release those moments are forever preserved.I can’t thank you enough for your continued support of PPSOP Czech! You guys are the best and if there is one thing I look forward too each and every month it is your photo contest. Damn, you guys are GOOD!
